Our recruitment process:
1) You apply for the role and our recruitment team will review your application.
2) If we think you will fit right into our company, you will be contacted to arrange a video interview with our recruitment team.
3) After this, you will be contacted by the Department Leader, if we think your a great fit! - The Department Leader will arrange a test work day for you. This will allow us to see what you are like under pressure in a fast pace environment.
4) That's it! - If you pass this stage, welcome aboard :) It usually takes 3-5 days after the test day for recruitment to make your offer to you.
