Beyond our day-to-day support, we engage in collaborative projects that include developer partnerships, language analysis, and more. With the advancement of AI, we are also committed to enhancing automation and our Support Team contribute largely to the success of our services.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary contact for clients, offering support with bot editing, product usage, generating reports, billing, and other related services.
- Provide clear, efficient, and high-quality communication to ensure clients receive quick and timely assistance.
- Collaborate with senior technical support teams to address and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our services and stay informed about new features to contribute effectively to our services and the success of our company
Requirements/Skills Needed
-Proficiency in English is essential, as you will be using it consistently throughout the day.
- Prior experience in business customer support is expected.
- Ability to type quickly, with a minimum speed of 45 WPM.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication.
- Capability to assimilate and process large volumes of information on a daily basis and report it to the Head of Support.
How we work
This role is mainly remote based. We offer a hybrid option with employees working in London (role location above determines hybrid availability* ). If you are working outside of the UK, we require you to work remotely unless your role specially requires you to work in one of our international offices.
